1. Personal data we process.

Italianworkforce processes your personal data from the moment you use our website, leave data on our website or otherwise provide it to us.

Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
- First name
- Last name
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Position within the company or organization you work for
- Address details of the company or organization you work for
- Payment details of the company or organization you work for (such as IBAN number and direct debit issued for billing purposes)
- Phone number fixed
- Mobile phone number
- Private address
- E-mail address

From website visitors, we collect the following data
- data about your activities on our website
- internet browser and device type (see article 7)

Our website and/or services do not intend to collect data on visitors or persons under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities in order to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent.

2. Secrecy

All personal data provided to Italianworkforce will be treated confidentially. Italianworkforce, the employees of Italianworkforce and those who have access to personal data on behalf of Italianworkforce are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of which they have knowledge.

3. For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

3.1 Purposes.
Italianworkforce processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- sending information requested by you
- Processing payments
- sending you our newsletter and/or advertising folder if you have given us permission to do so (see also 3.2)
- to be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to carry out our services
- inform you about changes in our services and products
- deliver goods and services to you
- Italianworkforce also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

3.2 Marketing activities
- Customers receive our newsletter containing marketing promotions but also to provide the customer with important information about the work to be performed by us. The customer has the option to unsubscribe from these mailings at any time through a link in each newsletter.

- Customers and prospects, not being individuals, can be approached directly with offers, quotations and the like. For this we use services of external (tele)marketing companies that collect prospect data and contact them by telephone. Information or a quotation is sent by e-mail. The prospect's permission is requested in advance by telephone.
If you have a sole proprietorship, partnership or limited liability company and you do not wish to be contacted by telephone, you can deregister from the Do-not-Call Registry via this link: https://www.bel-me-niet.nl/.
- On the site is a piece of code placed for lead recognition. This recognizes and registers only IP addresses that are linked to a business account. Personal/private IP addresses are not shown in the reporting of this lead recognition software.

4. Retention of personal data
Italianworkforce does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected, stored or used or as required by law.

Italianworkforce does not, on the basis of automated processing, make decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without the presence of a human being (e.g. an employee of Italianworkforce).

5. Sharing of personal data
Italianworkforce does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if it is necessary to fulfill our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Italianworkforce remains responsible for this processing.

6. Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
Italianworkforce uses only technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not invade your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences. They also allow us to optimize our website.

- The retention period of visit data within Google Analytics is set at 26 months.
- Italianworkforce has entered into a processing agreement with Google.
- IP addresses are not anonymized.

8. Viewing, correcting or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Italianworkforce and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You may send a request to review, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request the revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@Italianworkforce.nl. When making such a request, we may require some form of identification to ensure that we are making the changes to the correct person. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, no later than four weeks. There is no charge for changes.

9. Securing Personal Data
Italianworkforce takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
