1. Personal data we process
Italianworkforce processes your personal data from the moment you use our website, leave data on our website, or provide it to us in any other way.
Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

– Last name
– Gender
– Date of birth
– Position within the company or organization you work for
– Address details of the company or organization you work for
– Payment details of the company or organization you work for (such as IBAN number and direct debit issued for invoicing purposes)
– Landline telephone number
– Mobile telephone number
– Home address
– Email address
We collect the following data from website visitors:
– data about your activities on our website
– internet browser and device type (see Article 7 below)
Our website and/or services do not intend to collect data about visitors or persons under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 years of age. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent.

2. Confidentiality
All personal data provided to Italianworkforce will be treated confidentially. Italianworkforce, Italianworkforce employees, and those who have access to personal data on behalf of Italianworkforce are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding the personal data they become aware of.
3. For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
3.1 Purposes
Italianworkforce processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– sending you information you have requested
– processing payments
– sending you our newsletter and/or advertising brochure if you have given your consent (see also 3.2)
– to be able to call or email you if this is necessary to perform our services
– to inform you about changes to our services and products
– to deliver goods and services to you
– Italianworkforce also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
3.2 Marketing activities
– Customers receive our newsletter containing marketing campaigns, but also to provide them with important information about the work we carry out. Customers can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time via a link in each newsletter.
– Customers and prospects who are not private individuals can be contacted directly with offers, quotations, and the like. For this purpose, we use the services of external (tele)marketing companies that collect prospect data and contact them by telephone. Information or a quotation is sent by email. Prior telephone consent is requested from the prospect for this purpose.

– A piece of code has been placed on the site for lead recognition purposes. This only recognizes and registers IP addresses that are linked to a business account. Personal/private IP addresses are not shown in the reports generated by this lead recognition software.
4. Storage of personal data
Italianworkforce does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected, stored, or used, or as required by law.
Italianworkforce does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example, an employee of Italianworkforce).
5. Sharing personal data
Italianworkforce does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Italianworkforce remains responsible for these processing operations.
6. Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
Italianworkforce only uses technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences. They also enable us to optimize our website.

– The retention period for visit data within Google Analytics is 26 months.
– Italianworkforce has entered into a processing agreement with Google.
– IP addresses are not anonymized.
8. Viewing, modifying, or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Italianworkforce, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization specified by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@Italianworkforce.nl. In the event of such a request, we may ask for some form of identification so that we can be sure that we are making the changes to the right person. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within four weeks at the latest. There are no costs associated with changes.
9. Securing personal data
Italianworkforce takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us.
10. Website content and third-party websites
The information on our website has been compiled with the utmost care. However, no rights can be derived from the content of the site. Italianworkforce cannot guarantee that the website will function without error or interruption at all times.
